 Our high volume production service include but not limited to: 
  • Double-sided, multi-layered high density PCB assembly.
  • Contract labor with customer’s provided parts.
  • Turn-key production runs available. 
  • Experienced inspectors can perform sample/percentage inspections or... 
  • Full blown 100% in-process and final inspection, at customer request.
  • Placing 30,000 Surface Mount (SMT) parts per hour.
  • Running 500 through-hole boards (considering the Average Bill of Materials) per day.
Our manufacturing department is an Electro Static Discharge (ESD) safe area, we have conductive flooring, grounded work benches, ESD safe production equipment, and regular ESD awareness training for all employees. We are committed to providing the best quality products assembly without the anxiety of latten defects caused by ESD.
