Our manufacturing department is an Electro Static Discharge (ESD) safe area, we have conductive flooring, grounded work benches, ESD safe production equipment, and regular ESD awarness training for all employees. We are committed to providing the best quality products assembly without the anxeity of latten defects caused by ESD

Ball Grid Array
  • Replacement of existing BGA with new BGA on PCB assemblies.
  • Remove and re-ball.
  • Precise placing of BGA on proto-type assemblies and/or high volume production runs.
 All types of Ball Grid Array (BGA) components, including PBGA, CBGA, TBGA, EBGA, microBGA. 
BGA re-ball and repair consists of replacing a component’s faulty solder ball array with a new array of solder spheres.
Prototype
  • 24 hour turnaround time available for proto-type assemblies.
  • Engineering/re-engineering support.
  • Special sample or test run available (Single or low quantity orders).
  • Unit inspection in accordance with MIL-I-45208 and IPC-A-610.
 Proto-type and production assemblies are produced on separate processes but using the same assets enabling a smooth transition from the first article to high volume production.
Production
  • Double-sided, multi-layered high density PWB assembly.
  • Contract labor with customer’s provided parts.
  • Turn-key production runs available. 
  • Experienced inspectors can perform sample/percentage inspections or... 
  • Full blown 100% in-process and final inspection, at customer request.
  • Placing 30,000 Surface Mount (SMT) parts per hour.
  • Running 500 through-hole boards (considering the Average Bill of Materials) per day.
 LTA Inc. understands that rapid product requirements involve getting parts and assembly processes completed in a timely matter. At LTA, we know how critical on time delivery means to our customer, that’s why we have created a virtually paperless facility to minimize change over time.
Rework / Revisions
  • Removal / Replacement of defective components.
  • Circuitry modifications (trace cutting, wiring, re-wiring).
  • Full board re-flow of cold solder joints from other assembly vendors
 LTA Inc. understands that rapid changes in the technology world means Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs), out of date assemblies, multi-function units and so on….
Through Hole
Through hole services and equipment use the latest in technology to speed up production rates.  Our team's experience demonstrates our timeliness.
Surface Mount
Surface mounting is completed using a one of two surface mount pick and place machines. LTA has two machines that work in sequence to stream line a variety of component placement techniques to include reel and out of a tube.
Mechanical Assembly
Mechanical Assembly services include the entire assembly or subassembly of your products. LTA has two lines that are dedicated to mechanical assembly for our customers.
