Many of our customers require low volume through-hole assembly. Our shop stands ready to meet the task at the most reasonable prices. Below is a short description of our through-hole production line. Here at LTA we embrace through hole projects with the same vigor that we support SMT (surface mount) tasks. Our staff experience in through hole technology and jobs are a plus. This experience helps us lower time requirements to complete your job. |
The picture shown to the left is a sample through-hole board with a variety of through hole resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits. Complication is not a problem, all we ask is that your BOM (bill of materials) and reference designators are accurate.
In most cases we will assemble one board out of your lot and work of the sample once you've verified it's operation.
Our through hole line includes our washer (see our production page for the washer description). Pictured to the right is our wave solder machine. Once assembled the through hole boards are run through the wave solder via the conveyer.
